Romance is in the air this February! And what better place to explore with your sweetheart(s) than at the stunning Swan Mansion? Between the gorgeously appointed rooms, celebrity chef prepared meals, frolicking room, spa services, and dancing, you will never want to leave! This Valentine’s Day weekend, indulge and connect with new friends in an atmosphere tailored to exploration and fantasy. Treat your Valentine to an unforgettable lifestyle experience!

Please note: This event is open to approved couples and select singles. All attendees must be approved members. No tickets are sold on property, and we do expect this event to sell out. An RSVP on the lifestyle sites or this site does not save your spot. There are no refunds to this event, and tickets will not be rolled over to a future event.

Attending a soiree at The Swan Mansion includes Friday check-in beginning at 1pm with spa services, or 3:30 otherwise. There is a 6 o’clock Social/Cocktail hour with an open bar serving only top shelf spirits, and hors d’oeuvres followed by a casual dinner. Friday night dinner is generally served poolside or in our pavilion. Dancing and continued socializing follows dinner. Brenna of Front Porch Swingers will be celebrating her birthday with a bash this evening, so don’t miss out on the birthday festivities! Saturday brunch is served 10-12 and is also generally poolside or in the pavilion. Spa services are available all day or perhaps relax in one of our private cabanas and enjoy the property’s wet areas. There will also be staged game areas, allowing you to make new friends and enjoy a day of fun!

Saturday evening is our formal night. There is a 6 o’clock Social/Cocktail hour with an open bar serving only top shelf spirits and a lovely charcuterie as the first course. Dinner service is at 7 o’clock with an additional 4 courses prepared by our celebrity chef and each course is paired with a wine that has been personally selected by our very own sommelier.

Live entertainment is also the norm. Our 26-meter pool, steam sauna, and hot tub that willaccommodate 20+ people are all popular spots both before and after dinner. The after-dinner bar service is open until 12:30 and the midnight buffet make for great breaks in the late-night frolicking.

A Sunday morning brunch caps off the soiree with great conversations between new and old friends alike.

Please note: This event can either be purchased as an all-inclusive weekend, including a private suite on property, or single evening tickets are available.

Amenities

Extra touches include cocktail/social hour with an open bar and top shelf spirits, a coffee bar available throughout the weekend, a midnight buffet, and a brunch the following morning served with Mimosas and Bloody Marys.

The common areas not only allow for superb dining, they also afford guests an ample dance floor, and the trophy room is always a gathering area for great conversations and games.

A frolicking space is available for those wishing to indulge in more intimate fun with new friends.

Guest rooms are appointed nicely and have en-suite baths.

The property also includes a sauna, pool & hot tub, which are great places to relax throughout your stay with us.

RESPECT

The Swan Mansion is foremost about RESPECT. This is our primary mantra. Respect in this environment looks like many things. Consent is a must, and those who do not adhere to our code of conduct (provided to ticketed guests) will be asked to leave without refund. This is a safe environment for all. Overt intoxication, drug use, or lack of consent will not be tolerated at this event.

Dress Code:

• Formal Dinner Soirees: Gentlemen will wear a jacket, and tie. Ladies will wear cocktail dresses or formals.
• Black-tie Dinner Soirees: Gentlemen will wear appropriate tuxedos. Ladies will wear floor/full-length formal dresses.
• Poolside Soirees: Gentlemen will wear dress shorts or slacks with a collared shirt. Further, gentlemen are not allowed to don swimwear unless entering the pool and are expected to return to appropriate gentlemanly attire at all other times. Ladies will wear swimsuits with sheer cover ups, cocktail dresses, or country club attire.
• Boire et Mele: (Drink and Mingle), Dress code for these casual events are determined by their placement. If inside the mansion, they are to be treated the same as a formal soiree, and if poolside they should adhere to the same dress as a poolside soiree.
• Late evening clothing changes: Following dinner there is always an interlude that affords a clothing change. We encourage ladies to wear elegant negligees and sheer apparel that piques curiosity and arousal. Gentlemen often acquire silk or satin pajamas and may change at their discretion as the evening progresses.
• Nudity: total nudity is not allowed in the common areas that include the formal dining area, foyer, formal living room, or trophy room. Nudity is allowed at the pool and hot tub beginning at 10 o’clock PM. The upstairs guest rooms and frolic area allow for nudity.
